Develop trip itineraries for Domestic & International trips.
Prepare and file Domestic & International flight plans based on route of flight, fuel requirements, weather interpretation and aircraft performance in accordance with all applicable FAA/ICAO regulations and company Ops. Specs.
Brief/update flight crews as required.
Coordinate with ATC
Coordinate aircraft & crew logistics for all Domestic & International stops.
Obtain International landing and overflight permits as required.
Coordinate all Customs requirements.
Coordinate with other company departments on missions.
Research trip requirements.
Additional duties as assigned
FAA Dispatch License
Must be available to work all shifts, Holidays and weekends.
Position is full time.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Willing to relocate to Birmingham, Alabama.
Knowledge of aviation weather, ATC processes/procedures and aircraft performance.
Knowledge of FAA Part 135/91 regulations.
International operations experience desirable.
